Interface Functions
Reservation Check-in and Check-out
- The Interface establishes a connection to the RMS REST Webservice and retrieves reservation updates.
- The Streamvision server establishes a connection to the Interface to receive the reservation commands.
- The Interface sends Check-in and Check-out commands to Streamvision based on reservation status changes.
- Streamvision activates and deactivates access for the appropriate room.
Transaction Posting
- The Streamvision server establishes a connection to the Interface to send the transaction charges.
- The Interface establishes a connection to the RMS REST Webservice and posts the charges to the reservation.
