RMS – Ezestream Interface

Interface Functions

Reservation Check-in and Check-out

1. The Interface establishes a connection to the RMS REST Webservice and retrieves reservation updates.
2. The Ezestream server establishes a connection to the Interface to receive the reservation commands.
3. The Interface sends Check-in and Check-out commands to Ezestream based on reservation status changes. 
4. Ezestream activates and deactivates access for the appropriate room.

Transaction Posting

1. The Ezestream server establishes a connection to the Interface to send the transaction charges.
2. The Interface establishes a connection to the RMS REST Webservice and posts the charges to the reservation.
